This Southern Italian port is one of the largest of its kind with 340,000 square metres of basin dedicated to boaters and offering 1,000 berths from 10m to 100m.
The construction of this impressive marina started in 2010 with the huge private investment of the renowned Gallozzi Group for an 80 years concession.
Designed by Architect Santiago Calavatra and Engineer Guglielmo Migliorino, Marina d’Arechi has been subject to in-depht meteo-marine studies, realized by the Resaech Institute HR Wallingford UK to certify the resistance to the sea, the comfort at mooring, the compliance with the highest requirements of protection and security.
Ideally located at the East end of the charming town of Salerno, few miles sailing from the most magical destinations in the Mediterranean such as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Ischia, Sorrento and Chilento. And a few kilometers drive to places of fascinating historical importance like Pompeï, Herculaneum and Paestum.
Besides of the beautiful surroundings, when we discover and first visited Marina D’Arechi in 2016 we were impressed by the grandeur of the premises, the quality of the high quality of the materials used in the construction (the 1.2 kilometers breakwater, all in mosaic fitted natural rocks). We highly appreciated the expertise, the professionalism and the real dedication to their Customers of the Marina ‘ owners and their Team.
