Its Unique location from St Tropez to Monaco, 12 minutes from Nice airport or 5 minutes by Helicopter. The safest marina in the Mediterranean with no public access and 24/7 security. ISPS compliant. The Port Vauban Project will add to the already exquisite setting.

The new IYCA Yacht Club will look like a vessel, and is designed by renowned French architect an urban planner Philippe Prost. The new Yacht Club will be a pleasant and friendly environment with many additional state of the art amenities including a crew Centre with lounge, fitness room, gymnasium and much more. The upper decks will provide a lounge bar & catering facilities including 700m2 of glorious open outdoor space where guests can enjoy the stunning panoramic views. The stern will provide an on-site heliport enabling guests to access their yachts in complete PRIVACY. Dedicated heliport lounge with elevator, electric golf car service.

The Quay:

The IYCA quay will be completely transformed into an elegant functional space, gardens, rectangle sails protecting chauffeurs and their vehicles & crew from the sun. Direct connection to the public network for gray water, recycling points. Winter maintenance, containers can be placed behind the yacht with workshop.

Security Zone No Public Access:

The quay is a 24/7 security zone no public access, security video system ISPS compliant to enhance the security of ships and port facilities. This will ensure guests, captains and crew enjoy the best in safety, security in comfort.  

Summary of the company Vauban21, its shareholders:

Vauban 21 is a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €30,000,000, registered with the Trade and Companies in Antibes, whose registered office is located at Avenue de Verdun, Port Vauban, Antibes, France.

Vauban 21 shareholders are the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nice Côte d’Azur (51%), and two major banks – Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (39%) and Caisse d’épargne (10%).

In December 2015, the general, local and regional authorities decided to delegate the operation, maintenance and management of Port Vauban marina located within its territory, with such operations including a certain number of works to be carried out and financed by the delegate to be appointed. The municipality of Antibes Juan Les Pins chose Vauban 21 to be appointed as the delegates in charge of operating, maintaining and developing Port Vauban marina.
